On the one hand, regardless of residential or commercial, we discern from tenants that landlords are uncaring and arbitrary. On the other, many landlord say the law in skewed in favour of tenants. This statement is usually in the residential relationship as the commercial tenancy is quite a precise animal.

While we understand the views taken by either side, regardless of the area, we remain objective as we navigate the real issues for the best interest of our clients.
