Landlord and Tenant
At the Frederick M. Kaye Law Professional Corporation, we aim to provide the best possible service, results and legal assistance to our clients and present them the solutions that they require for their issues.
Description
This is another complex area of law as it (particularly residential landlord and tenants) impacts a basic human need at the intersections of social, financial, business and economic realms; that is housing/ shelter.
On the one hand, regardless of residential or commercial, we discern from tenants that landlords are uncaring and arbitrary. On the other, many landlord say the law in skewed in favour of tenants. This statement is usually in the residential relationship as the commercial tenancy is quite a precise animal.
While we understand the views taken by either side, regardless of the area, we remain objective as we navigate the real issues for the best interest of our clients. We operate on the side of fairness and within the confines of the law that animates the relationship (and the law in general) in order to achieve the just most expeditious outcome, on a case by case basis, for whichever side of the divide our particular client happens to be.
